MEET YOUR PRACTITIONER
Blake Gannon is the founder and lead Behaviour Support Practitioner at Pathways Allied Health, bringing a psychosocial lens and genuine commitment to rural communities. He is currently studying a Bachelor of Psychology (Honours).
With experience spanning mental health, disability support, and complex behaviour, Blake’s practice is rooted in the belief that behaviours of concern are always communication, and that the most effective plans are built alongside the person, not for them.
